jilx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits. Deposits are credited to your jilx account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jilx does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jilx bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals. jilx targets a 1–2 hour processing window for GCash withdrawals from verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. All withdrawal requests are subject to:
jilx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilx account holder.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

While jilx makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
In any event, jilx's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilx account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your jilx account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilx, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution. jilx will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.
